How to set up an email template
Only users that have access to templates can modify templates. Your system administrator can set this permission in your user account.

- Access via Personal Settings > Template Settings

- Click the new button in the top right corner.

- Decide for which section you want to create

- Make your template text. The merge field button is your friend, as it shows a list with available fields.
