What are signatories?
Signatories are the parties that will need to sign the document. Every document has a sender and a signer.
Sender
This is the party that sends out the contract. This could be the agency or the artist, with a legal representative.
The sender can be set from an internal user or a contact from the address book.
Signer
This is the party that receives the contract. In many cases, this will be the promoter.
The signer can be set from a contact in the address book.
Signing order
The signer is always the first one to sign the document. Once the signer has placed a signature, the sender will receive an invitation to sign.
