Mobile app cannot retrieve data
In the months of June-July 2017, an issue with our authentication procedure caused data retrieval problems for some mobile app users. They keep on receiving a warning that the server cannot be reached.
We have made some fixes that should solve the issue, but they require you to log off / log on.
If you are experiencing difficulties, can you please:
- Check if you are using the latest version of the app (check the System One app in the store)
- Open the System One app on your phone
- Go to the settings section of the app
- Click the "Log off" button (in the bottom of the settings section)
- Log in again.
The app should behave normally after you log in.
