We’ve added a new ground transport destination & transport type: buses!

Invoice to accounting software configuration

All invoices sent via the new InvoiceV2 feature are emailed to your accounting software's inbox.

Previously, multiple attachments of the same invoice in different formats were sent, but this led to duplicate imports in accounting software that imported all attachments instead of selecting the most suitable format. 

We’ve added a new configuration feature in the bookkeeping page, so you can configure which files are attached. You now have these options:

• 1 attachment: Peppol Bis3 XML, fallback to EN16931 XML
• 1 attachment: EN16931 XML
• 1 attachment: PDF
• Multiple attachments: all formats (previous default)
