Delighted Agency runs 60-artist destination weddings with SystemOne
Learn how Delighted Agency books an impressive roster of non-exclusive artists for destination weddings. Here's why they chose SystemOne and stayed.
Maxim is a full-time DJ. As AMAXXY, he plays luxury destination weddings for couples from the US, the Middle East, and Asia. Five years ago, the requests started outnumbering the dates he could play, so he founded Delighted Agency.

Today, Delighted represents around 80 artists and bands. Most of them aren't exclusively signed. The agency does about 30 weddings a year, and each one is huge: 30 to 60 artists per wedding, from string quartets and 20-piece ensembles for the ceremony to cover bands, DJs, and the occasional celebrity act booked in from another agency.

That roster is exactly why Delighted ended up on SystemOne.
Why Delighted chose SystemOne
Plenty of booking platforms charge per artist, per month. That works if every artist on your roster is signed to you and playing often. It falls apart when your roster is big, non-exclusive, and you’re booking a wedding every other week.

Maxim had looked at plenty of platforms and kept hitting the same wall. Then an email from Kevin our Dealmaker landed in his inbox. Our pricing worked differently, and that was enough to get him on a call.

On SystemOne, you pay per agent. Adding artists costs nothing extra, no matter how big your roster gets.
Delighted has been on SystemOne since December 2025.
An agency run by artists
Delighted doesn't often get requests like "we want this artist for our wedding." Most of their work comes from wedding planners they've known for years, and the brief is a story rather than a name.
A planner might write: a Southern American bride, an Arab groom, a three-day wedding, here's the budget. Can you build the lineup?
Then Delighted finds who's available and fits the storyline, and handles the artistic direction across all the event days.
Because the people running Delighted are artists themselves, they brief artists the way they'd want to be briefed.

Why Delighted stayed
Everyone sees the latest version, and only what they should
Before SystemOne, Maxim ran briefings the way other wedding agencies still do: PDFs, Word documents, and links to shared drives.
{{maxim-delighted-6}}
Discretion matters just as much. Delighted signs a lot of NDAs with planners and couples, so artists can't see everything the agency knows about a wedding. In SystemOne, you choose exactly which details and files artists can see, and the rest stays internal.

Built around a non-exclusive roster
Delighted's artists also work with other agencies and take direct bookings. Nobody shares a calendar, so the team checks every artist's availability before their profile goes to a planner. Custom booking statuses and custom fields enable the Delighted team to track that their own way.

One quote and one invoice for a whole wedding
When an artist is available, the show goes into SystemOne as an option. Delighted adds the products and pricing, then links every show to a single quote for the planner. Once the couple picks their lineup, the artists who weren't chosen move to released, and the contract goes out through eSign.
Then comes one invoice for the whole wedding, with two payment terms on it: a 50% deposit due within seven days, and the balance due two months before the wedding.

The small things that save time
Maxim's favorite feature is the flight lookup. Delighted flies a lot of artists into Italy, France, Mykonos, and Santorini, and every flight needs to be in the itinerary.

Maxim also sings the praises of our support team—specifically Mireia, who is a superstar at helping SystemOne customers get the most out of the platform.

Sixty artists, one wedding, one system
A destination wedding with 60 artists has no room for an outdated PDF or a detail that reaches the wrong person. Artists and guests are flown in from all over—even the bridegroom and bride are on a tight travel schedule.
And that’s why it’s so important that Delighted keeps every lineup, briefing, and booking in one place, and their artists show up knowing exactly what the night needs.

"I started the agency because there were too many requests, and I found a lot of artists weren't selling themselves very well."
"We do mostly big weddings, but on quality, not on quantity."
"I was looking for a platform that works with non-exclusive artists, because with most booking platforms, you pay per artist per month. It gets really expensive if you don't book an artist that much, which is my case."
"Every time I got a cold email selling some platform, I checked. And SystemOne was the first one that was pricing differently. So I immediately scheduled a call."
"We get a lot of feedback from artists that they sense there are artists running the agency. The briefings are way more profound, which gives them less stress going to a wedding."
"First I started the way I learned it from other agencies, sharing PDFs. Then there's a modification: here's a new PDF, make sure to look at the new PDF… makes a lot of room for error. Now they always have the most recent updates."
"We sign a lot of NDAs with planners and clients, so we don't share a lot of the client information. But of course we do have that information. SystemOne allows us to really pick the things we want to share with the artists, which is very good for us."
"A difference with the other platforms I checked before signing with SystemOne is the custom fields. It makes it very customizable for me."
"Just enter a flight number, and it gets you all the flight information. It makes it very easy."
