What’s new with SystemOne

A popular feature request has come to life! Not only does our new dark mode option improve readability, it also helps reduce eyestrain during your work day. But we know some of us also prefer a clean, white background. So, you can choose the best of both worlds.

• Eclipse: Dark mode for improved user experience and softer contrast for night owls.
• Lumen: Light mode for a clean daytime workspace when you have ample light in the room.

Working on SystemOne's Eclipse and Lumen modes also helped us create the expression of our new branding and colors.

The artist picker is one of the most important elements in the user interface of SystemOne. Without it, it would be difficult to find and book artists for a show.

The new artist picker feature helps you find andchoose the artists more easily in for instance the show or month view.

Artist picker feature updates

• Filter by active or inactive artists
• Filter by Only favorites

We’ve cleaned up the Show Planning interface to make it even easier to do quick artist availability checks. We also added some new features to make it better for agencies working with a big roster of artists.

New Only favorites filter

‍Check availability only for artists that you have marked as favorites.

Navigate to the Artists tab in your Address Book and click on the heart icon next to an artist's name to favorite them. Now you can filter by your favorite artists in the Planning section or when creating a new Show.

New Tags filter

Assign tags to your artists to group them in different ways. For example, you can assign tags per genre to your artists. In the availability check, you can then check the availability of all the artists within a particular genre.

With SystemOne, your agency can create a customized booking request form and embed it on any website. All incoming requests will flow directly into your SystemOne account, where your agents can convert them into options or confirmed shows.

We've rolled out some improvements to make your booking process even smoother.

Booking request form updates

• Improved UI/UX: The old design looked a bit outdated, so we gave it a fresh new "code" of paint.
• Responsive design: The booking request form is now fully responsive. This means it works seamlessly on a phone, tablet, and desktop. Promoters can easily submit booking requests on any device, anytime.
