Register multiple attendees with a show

System One offers the possibility to link multiple artist/band contacts to a booking. These can be band members, but also tour managers.

Regular attendees

In the detail view of an artist/band the 'Linked contacts' are shown. In this overview a setting can be made to include the contact as an attendee with all new bookings by default.

Attendee selection

During the creation of a new booking an artist/band is selected. Upon choosing this artist/band, your pre-selection of regular attendees is used. Next to this, System One offers suggestions to add other attendees related to the artist.

New "Attendee" filter

A new filter has been added to the selection tool in the month calendar and the year planner. With this filter, an overview can be made of the shows per contact.
