New feature: Default tasks

Many agencies create the same set of tasks for every show. With default tasks, you can set these up once and have them added automatically whenever a new show is created.

You can manage default tasks in system settings in a dedicated admin module. For each task, you can define the deadline relative to the show date, for example, 14 days before or 2 days after the show.
