Send EN16931 / UBL 2.1 compliant XML files to your accounting software

EN16931 is the European standard for electronic invoicing. It defines which information an e-invoice must contain, how details such as VAT, totals, and customer information should be structured, and how that data should be formatted so other systems can read it correctly.

We have improved the mail-to-accounting-software-inbox feature in InvoiceV2 by adding this XML file to the email sent to your accounting software.

From now on, these mails include:

• PDF version of your invoice
• EN16931 (UBL) XML file
• Peppol BIS 3.0 XML file (if the invoice is sent over Peppol)

With this improvement, SystemOne is now also EN16931 compliant.

This increases compatibility with external applications and accounting systems, which is highly relevant to customers who consider developing a custom integration.
