Criative Music powers their growth with SystemOne

Criative Music is the largest producer of gospel events in the state of Espírito Santo and the biggest gospel music agency in Brazil. We chatted with Criative Music’s marketing manager, Diogo Chiapani, about how their team of 20+ employees manage 1,000 shows per year using SystemOne daily.

The company was founded in 1997 by Ivanildo Nunes, its current Director. The name “Criative Music” was inspired by the phrase “Criação de Atividades Evangélicas” (Creation of Evangelical Activities). The company forms part of Grupo Criative, which comprehensively covers music logistics, recording, and production.

Why Criative Music wanted to switch to SystemOne

Diogo has been working in the company's marketing department for more than seven years, and the Criative team has been using SystemOne for two years.

Before SystemOne, they were using another system that had its benefits but ultimately wasn’t practical or functional. Diogo’s team experienced many problems with their previous solution and found that it wasn’t able to scale with Criative Music’s growth.

For Diogo, the most essential feature is automatic reminders. His team uses this feature to set up their task lists every day. Another important feature they use often is the generation of the technical sheet: exporting the show agenda to a PDF they send to all the stakeholders. His team relies on SystemOne extensively—the only feature they haven't implemented is eSign.

Diogo says implementing data and linking their artists’ Google Calendars to SystemOne is “super useful and easy.” Their customer service team is responsible for tracking all information for every show in the system. With all calendar and schedule information on one platform, it’s easy for them to oversee the full agenda of their artists.

How SystemOne caters for growing agencies

With SystemOne, Creative Music’s team organizes each show’s entire agenda in a single place. In addition to storing information about promoters, venues and artists, they can upload flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other media related to show logistics. It’s easy to export all this data in an editable file or choose not to send it to the people in the agenda.
