What is a checklist?

The checklist feature is available in the review step of eSign. It can contain a list with questions that need to be answered before the document can be sent out.

When all the items have been approved, the eSign document can be sent out for signature.

Only internal users with "review"-permission can approve / decline checklist items. 
Permissions can be changed in system settings.

No permission to review

Users without review permission will see "Waiting for review".

They can click on this to see which user does have permission.
