iCalendar feed in artist view

We're making System One better, one feature at a time. The "iCalendar feed" panel in the artist company view has heen rebuilt using the latest technology.

iCalendar feeds for artists are assigned to users, who can subscribe to the artists' agenda in their calendar reader of choice, whether it's a Google, iCloud calendar or their mobile phone.

We've made several usability improvements to the "New iCalendar feed" screen, while we worked on the code.

• We have introduced a new user-picker, making it easier to find and select the right user.
• You can now choose the iCalendar template that you want to assign to a user, immediately when creating the iCalendar feed.

You can now see which iCalendar template is assigned to each user in a list.
