Sending emails through System One saves time and improves collaboration. However, recent changes to some email providers like Gmail and Microsoft's Outbox mean that some emails sent through System One can be flagged as spam. This activates a warning message for the recipient. For example:
Whilst the contents are perfectly safe, this can cause emails to end up in spam folders and/or recipients to question the email's contents, potentially causing delays.
Authenticate your domain to prevent this from happening!
To authenticate your domain email us at email@example.com with your domain name system (DNS) manager's email address. If you are unsure who can modify your DNS records, ask the person who set up your website.
